This policy forms part of the business terms. Organizations must take reasonable steps to ensure their authorized users comply. Individuals remain responsible for their own conduct under applicable law.
1 Lawful use
Use BusinessThing for lawful offerings you are authorized to provide. Give accurate descriptions and prices, identify the seller appropriately, respect mandatory consumer remedies and maintain necessary permissions and insurance. Do not offer unlawful, fraudulent or provider-prohibited transactions.
Do not publish misleading, abusive, infringing or unlawful content, impersonate another person, infringe privacy, send unlawful marketing, or obtain information through deception. Obtain the authority needed to publish names, logos, photographs and other content. Required customer information must be necessary and supported by appropriate notices and any required consents. The beta prohibition on injury, medical and other sensitive-data requests in section 3 still applies; notice or consent alone does not authorize a field excluded from beta scope.
2 Account and system protection
Do not access another organization's data without authority, share credentials contrary to access rules, distribute malware, evade limits or controls, disrupt the service, harvest customer information or misuse access tokens and ticket links. Use the supported export/API mechanisms within your authorization. Resale of independent platform access requires agreement.
Security testing needs written authorization defining scope, timing and safe handling. Good-faith reporting of an accidental exposure is encouraged: stop accessing the affected data, do not retain or distribute it unnecessarily, and contact humankindlytech@gmail.com with a description that omits live secrets.
Do not extract protected software except where applicable law permits the activity. This policy does not prohibit lawful interoperability rights or good-faith comparison of publicly available product information.
3 Data and event safety
During the beta, do not request or upload injury, medical or other sensitive information, including clinical records, diagnosis or treatment notes. Use forms only for necessary ordinary booking details. If such information is supplied accidentally, restrict access and contact support securely for lawful handling. Do not publish private registration answers or medical details in public content. Use appropriate access permissions and secure any exported data.
A participation declaration, guardian statement or recorded waiver is not independent age/identity verification or a guarantee of legal protection. Configure age and signer requirements appropriately and obtain event-specific advice for high-risk activities and child participation. Do not describe the platform as certifying legal compliance, activity safety or the enforceability of a waiver.
