Providers used by the product
The providers below support the enabled BusinessThing services. Provider functions and location information are qualified as described here; Australian database or compute configuration does not establish that all copies, files, logs, support access and backups remain in Australia. Provider arrangements can include overseas processing.
| Provider | Function and relevant information | Location and handling information |
|---|---|---|
| Neon | PostgreSQL storage of operational, account, customer and financial records | Database information may be handled in Australia and overseas, including for replicas, recovery and support. The location of the database does not establish the location of other services. |
| Vercel including Blob | Application compute, delivery, logs and organization media/files | Application hosting and delivery can involve Australia and overseas locations. Edge delivery, Blob storage, logs, support and onward providers may use different locations. Public media can be accessible globally. |
| Resend | Email address, recipient name, message content and delivery events | Email delivery and related information may be handled in the United States and other locations used by the service. Retention and tracking depend on the enabled service. |
| PostHog | Public-page usage and masked replay where enabled; permitted server diagnostics; optional mobile diagnostics | Usage and diagnostic information may be processed in the United States. Region, retention and replay depend on the enabled service. Masked data is not automatically anonymous. |
